Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Golf Club Grips (once installed/used)
  • Golf Balls (if packaging has been opened)
  • Golf Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
  • Golf Club Making Supplies (customized items)

Returns Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same steps as the returns process above.
  2. In your email, clearly specify the item you’d like to exchange for.
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
